Shiva Puja

Master Ausar recommends all those who are attending the special weekly Superconscious Shiva Transmissions to add a daily puja to their meditation practice. This will allow you to cultivate the energy you receive during initiation and advance on the spiritual path. Because you received the initiation the Shiva Puja will allow you to directly express the supreme energy of Shiva and awaken hidden faculties. It is recommended that you do the Shiva Puja at least 3 times for the energy to build up sufficiently. The Shiva Puja should take three to five minutes to perform.
